This co. produced my business cards incorrectly and then reprinted them correctly. Instead of shipping them to me they held onto them waiting for me to pay for shipping or pick-up. After some time I contacted them to pick-up the cards and was told they had been thrown away. They claimed they had tried to contact me via e-mail and when they received no response they dumped the cards. I never received any e-mails, calls, or other communication warning me that if I didn't pick-up the cards they would be tossed
